Job summary

AT&T Installation Technician in Griffin, GA, works at customers’ homes or businesses to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services. You’ll work independently as a trusted expert, meeting new customers daily and solving problems while providing exceptional service.

The role offers a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with the potential for overtime, and drivers will be required to lift up to 60 lbs and pass a pre-employment assessment.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Must meet ladder safety weight limits of 325 lbs.
• Able to work in small spaces or at height (up to 28 ft).
• Available for overtime, emergencies and holiday work.
• Able to identify wire and cable colors.
• Must qualify on pre-employment assessment.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer homes or businesses.
• Provide best-in-class service and educate customers during installation.
• Work independently as a trusted expert and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Meet new customers daily and deliver a positive, professional experience.
