Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Network Support Technician to provide onsite and remote Tier 2 IT support for ICE OCIO. The NST will support 24x7 LANs, end-users, and related services in a Service Desk environment and participate in after-hours on-call rotations.

The role requires US citizenship, an associate degree or equivalent, and at least 1 year of IT support experience. Travel readiness may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years' IT-related support experience, preferably in a helpdesk or customer support role.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass the DHS Employment Eligibility Verification process.
• Must pass Motor Vehicle Records check; role may require local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide LAN administrator support, install, configure and maintain network devices, servers, storage arrays and tape backups.
• Support networked devices (computers, printers, fax, biometric devices, sensors).
• Support mobile and wireless devices (smartphones, tablets, hotspots).
• Test and apply server configurations and security patches.
