Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a Network Support Technician to back ICE OCIO ITFO operations in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves onsite and remote Tier II support to minimize downtime and ensure service quality.

You will work under guidance with potential after-hours on-call rotation and contribute to incident response, testing, and deployment tasks in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years IT-related support experience in a helpdesk or customer support role.
• Ability to troubleshoot desktop, network, or IT issues with general knowledge of network products.

Responsibilities

• Provide LAN administrator support with installation, configuration and maintenance of network devices, servers, storage arrays and tape backups.
• Support of networked devices including computers, printers, fax machines, biometric devices and sensors.
• Support mobile and wireless devices including smartphones and tablets.
• Assist in testing, applying and maintaining server configurations and security patches.
• Monitor ITSM assignments and troubleshoot tickets to resolve issues.
