Aldridge is seeking a Dedicated Onsite Support Network Infrastructure Engineer to be the primary onsite resource for a client. Based in Houston, TX, you will manage day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting, and documentation while coordinating with virtualized infrastructure and security teams.

You will troubleshoot routed and switched networks, wireless issues, and Cisco CLI tasks, with exposure to VMware/vSphere environments and backup validation.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive networking, infrastructure, or advanced field support experience in complex client environments.
• Hands-on experience with OSPF, VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, trunking, and Cisco CLI administration.
• Experience with enterprise wireless troubleshooting and VMware-related concepts is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary onsite networking resource, supporting day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Administer Routed/Switch, wireless, DNS/DHCP, and firewall handoff; validate changes and assess impact.
• Support VMware/vSphere/vCenter, VM networking, backups, and security coordination as needed.
• Own onsite triage, escalation, and status communication to ensure a high-quality client experience.
