Job summary

Responsibilities include managing SSO, directory services, and patch management, plus deploying applications to devices and coordinating with security teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Windows Server and/or Identity Administrator.
• Proficiency with Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth.
• Experience with cloud identity and hybrid directory environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise email security, continuity, and archiving.
• Experience deploying and managing endpoint provisioning and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise SSO and federated authentication services.
• Administer and troubleshoot directory and identity management systems.
• Implement secure authentication protocols including Kerberos, certificate-based access, and passwordless methods.
• Design and maintain endpoint provisioning and automation workflows.
• Support and optimize cloud identity platforms and access policies.
• Ensure security framework compliance via monitoring, reporting, and remediation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams for a seamless user experience.
• Deploy applications, updates, and software to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Oversee patch management to keep systems secure and up to date.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for authentication, identity, and endpoint issues.
• Assist with planning of new technology initiatives to modernize City systems.
• Manage enterprise email security, continuity, and archiving platforms.
• Administer productivity suites including cloud-based email, calendars, and document services.
• Support endpoint configuration and software distribution platforms.
