Qualifications

• 5+ years as Windows Server or Identity Administrator.
• Experience with Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth.
• Cloud identity and access management experience.
• Endpoint provisioning and software deployment experience.
• Collaborates across multiple teams to deliver secure user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise SSO and federated authentication services.
• Administer and troubleshoot directory and identity systems.
• Implement Kerberos-based and certificate-based access methods.
• Design endpoint provisioning and automation workflows.
• Support cloud identity platforms and access policies.
• Oversee patch management and security compliance.
• Collaborate with infra, security, and app teams for secure City systems.
