Job summary

Lynden Door, Inc. is seeking a Network Administrator, Level 1 for our Lynden, WA offices. This in-person role installs, configures, monitors, and troubleshoots network systems to keep IT operations reliable, secure, and high performing.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT or related field required.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for network connectivity and infrastructure.
• Good communication with end users and IT peers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II Helpdesk support with emphasis on network-related incidents.
• Assist in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting network infrastructure (switches, routers, wireless APs).
• Monitor network performance and reliability; escalate issues as needed.
• Support LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks across locations.
• Assist with IP telephony (Mitel/ShoreTel) setup and troubleshooting.
• Document network changes and configurations per IT standards.
