Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 3+ years in network administration or IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on with Cisco or Juniper hardware.
• Experience with WAN provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing/switching, and firewall technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including WAN circuits, LAN/WAN environments, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco or Juniper network devices.
• Monitor network performance and system health to ensure reliability and availability.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify potential network issues before impact occurs.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving: Routing and Switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall systems.
• Support server infrastructure operations and related IT systems.

Job Summary
