Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Analysis Services (AAS).
• Strong development experience in .NET / C# and production support.
• Proven incident management, RCA, and agile/Scrum collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for applications built with ADF, AAS, and .NET.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Maintain Known Error Database (KEDB) and guide offshore/onsite teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Document solutions and support processes.
