Job summary

TechDigital Group in Pleasanton, CA, seeks a skilled engineer proficient in Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Services, and .NET to drive development and production support within an Agile team.

You will handle incident management, contribute to a knowledge base, implement minor enhancements, write clean code, and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives. This role includes alternating weekdays and PST weekend production support shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Analysis Services.
• Proficient in .NET development.
• Experience in production support and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Incident management - troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis and execute resolution steps.
• Build a comprehensive KEDB for recurring and unique incidents and guide offshore team to build competency on incident management.
• Work on minor enhancements development stories.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
