Job summary

Eurostampa North America in Napa, CA is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary contact for our clients. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and drive client satisfaction while identifying upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities include end-to-end order development, color assessment, on-site press checks, and timely project delivery. A 3–5 year background in account management and a BA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management, sales, or client relations experience preferred.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and maintain relationships.
• Manage order development from start to finish including database and job orders.
• Coordinate color assessment using Pantone and in-office tools to create accurate orders.
• Address client concerns promptly and effectively.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and long-term strategy.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide on-site support during press checks and coordinate with teams.
• Prepare and present performance reports to clients and management.
• Aim for high client satisfaction and exceed objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and ensure project success.
