CHARLESGATE is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Property Management team in Boston. This role supports capital repair and renovation projects across condominium and multi-family properties, delivering on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will report to the Director of Services, work with contractors, coordinate bids, and provide site visits and progress reporting to ensure client satisfaction.

The position is on-site with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

2+ years in residential property management or construction.
Ability to interpret condominium documents.
Experience with boards of trustees and multi-family ownership.
Proficient in Google Workspace and AppFolio.
Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Onboard capital repair projects with PM team.
Solicit bids and prepare bid packages.
Lead contract execution, W9s and insurance certificates.
Coordinate with stakeholders on logistics.
Conduct site visits and report progress.
Manage budgeting, reports and contractor payments.
