You will oversee coordination, budgeting, schedules, and compliance to deliver projects on time and on budget with high quality.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of construction management experience, a Bachelor's in Construction Management, strong leadership, a solid network of subcontractors, and proven ability

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction management in multifamily renovations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and contracting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for day-to-day operations of multiple projects.
• Oversee ongoing capital projects and multifamily renovations for compliance.
• Maintain client relationships to support growth and profitability.
• Oversee bidding, contract negotiations and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and plans/specs.
• Create and manage project budgets throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor progress to meet timeline, budget and quality goals.
• Perform site visits and report progress to ownership.
