Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine, preventive, and corrective upkeep at Arbor Oaks in Boca Raton, FL. The role is hands-on, supporting daily work orders and resident needs while ensuring property standards and safety.

Qualified applicants have 4+ years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC experience, and EPA/HVAC certifications. On-site, full-time hours with on-call duties and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• 1+ years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience required.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• EPA Certification Type I and II or Universal required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work.
• Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.
