Job summary

Two Coast Living in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine and emergency maintenance across our multifamily properties, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC tasks. You will respond to work orders, maintain safety and cleanliness of buildings, and assist with resident needs while supporting the Maintenance team.

This on-site, full-time role offers a base pay of $26–$28 per hour with opportunities to advance to Lead Maintenance

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• 1+ year of HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
• HVAC Certification preferred; EPA Certification Type I/II or Universal required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance and repairs (light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC).
• Respond to work orders promptly and prevent issues from escalating.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents and support team members.
• Follow safety policies and assist with general property upkeep as needed.
