Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Residences at Tewksbury Commons in Tewksbury, MA. This hands-on role handles routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related tasks on-site.

You will respond to work orders, ensure safety, and uphold resident satisfaction while supporting the property team across activities and amenities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC tasks.
• Respond to work orders promptly and identify issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents throughout the community.
• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe environment.
