Job summary

Two Coast Living seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician to uphold high standards at Residences at Tewksbury Commons. This onsite, full-time role covers routine, preventative, and emergency repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related tasks, supporting residents and the property team.

You will respond to work orders promptly, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work.
• Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.
