Simplified Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on maintenance across residential properties in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. You will diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building needs within your scope.

The role supports unit turns, preventive maintenance, and property inspections, with a focus on safe, quality workmanship, accurate documentation, and dependable follow-through.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing or residential properties.
• Ability to diagnose and repair common building systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, fixtures and appliances.
• Support unit turns, preventive maintenance, and property inspections.
• Document repairs and close out work orders with accuracy.
• Travel between properties across MA/NH as needed.
