Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across a multifamily property in Gaithersburg, MD. You will handle light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC tasks, while ensuring safety and cleanliness of buildings and amenities.

The role requires timely response to work orders, strong troubleshooting abilities, and teamwork with maintenance and property management.

Qualifications

• Experience in routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across multifamily properties.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance issues.
• Familiarity with building maintenance tools and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC work.
• Respond to work orders promptly and identify issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities like pools and clubhouses.
• Interact professionally with residents in homes and throughout the community.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.
