Job summary

Two Coast Living in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance at the Hideaway at Greenbrier property. This hands-on role supports daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs while helping prevent minor issues from becoming major repairs.

Qualifications include 2+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or similar environments.
• Experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and appliance repair.
• Familiarity with residential building tools and materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to work orders and identify issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality of buildings and amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents and teamwork with staff.
