Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on a multifamily property in Chesapeake, VA. This role supports daily work orders, property upkeep and resident needs while ensuring safety and high appearance standards.

You will handle light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and HVAC tasks, respond to work orders promptly and collaborate with Maintenance and Property Management teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or residential environments.
• 2+ years combined experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive and emergency maintenance and repairs (light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC).
• Respond to work orders promptly and identify issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and functionality of buildings, grounds and resident amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents and staff, upholding safety policies.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members.
