Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for The Beacon in Rocky Hill, CT. The role focuses on routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across multifamily properties, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.

You will respond to work orders, protect resident safety, and collaborate with the maintenance and management teams to keep grounds and amenities in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required (Type II/Universal/608).
• Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or similar environments.
• HVAC maintenance experience for at least 1 year is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance (light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC).
• Respond to work orders promptly and identify issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members, providing courteous service.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with general property upkeep and team support as needed.
