Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance at Indigo Park in Baton Rouge, LA. This hands-on role supports daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs, contributing to safety and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in maintenance with HVAC experience; EPA certification is required, with on-call duties and a 8:00–5:00 schedule, five days a week. Competitive hourly pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality settings.
• 1+ year HVAC maintenance and repair experience is required.
• EPA Certification Type I/II or Universal is required.
• HVAC Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on buildings and systems.
• Address work orders promptly and identify issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality of facilities and amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents and colleagues while on-site.
• Follow safety policies and assist with general property upkeep as needed.
