Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across our multifamily properties at The Beacon in Rocky Hill. You will handle light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC tasks while responding to work orders and ensuring a safe, clean living environment for residents.

The role emphasizes proactive issue identification, professional resident interactions, and collaboration with the Maintenance and Property

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required for business travel.
• Experience with appliances and HVAC systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs (light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC).
• Respond to work orders promptly and identify issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality of buildings and resident amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents and support team members.
