Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our onsite team at The Beacon in Rocky Hill, CT. The role handles routine and emergency maintenance across multifamily properties to keep buildings safe, clean, and appealing for residents.

We offer a full-time schedule, occasional on-call rotations, and opportunities for growth toward leadership roles within the property management portfolio. Compensation includes a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC work.
• Respond to work orders promptly and identify issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents in homes and throughout the community.
• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe working and living environment.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.
