The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure the assigned multifamily property operates efficiently and maintains a high standard of appearance. This role is hands‑on and service‑oriented, supporting daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs while helping prevent minor issues from becoming major repairs. The Maintenance Technician II works closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams and serves as a key contributor to resident satisfaction and community safety.
