Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventative and emergency maintenance at The Beacon in Rocky Hill, CT. The role supports work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs, working with Maintenance and Property Management teams to uphold safety and satisfaction across the community.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC repair know-how, and EPA certifications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• 1+ years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience required.
• EPA Certification Type I and II or Universal required.
• HVAC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work
• Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the community
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed
