Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our onsite property in Tempe, AZ. You will perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance, addressing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs to keep the property safe and appealing for residents.

We value hands-on, customer‑facing service and expect you to respond promptly to work orders, support team members, and contribute to resident satisfaction. This full-time role includes on-call duties and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work
• Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses
• Interact professionally with residents in homes and throughout the community
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed
