Job summary
Lifestyle Construction Services in Leander, TX is seeking an Assistant Superintendent III to assist the Project Lead Superintendent in managing schedules, trade partners, quality, and safety on multifamily residential projects. You will coordinate trade production, oversee quality inspections, monitor partner work, and prepare daily reports while ensuring site safety and compliance with all rules.
This role requires strong knowledge of residential construction codes, the ability to read project

- Strong knowledge of residential, multi-family construction codes.
- Ability to read and interpret project documents.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Extensive problem solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Schedules and oversees trade production on multifamily residential projects.
- Schedules and verifies completion of designated internal quality inspections.
- Monitors trade partner work for schedule compliance.
- Schedules and participates in municipal inspections for acceptance.
- Prepares daily reports and records trade/vendor activities.
- Ensures sites are clean, organized, safe, and secure.
