Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of multi-site residential property management experience.
• AppFolio or similar PM software proficiency required/effectively preferred.
• Direct experience leading, coaching, and supervising administrative and maintenance staff.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, ledgers, vendor invoices, and owner reporting.
• Knowledge of local housing laws, lease administration, and housing court appearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across ~400 residential units across 10–20 sites.
• Coach staff to meet performance goals set by Regional Manager and monitor progress.
• Audit tenant files, ledgers, monthly charges, and application processes.
• Review and approve vendor bills for payment.
• Liaise with property owners on approvals, turns, budgets, and portfolio performance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and audit maintenance work quality.
• Audit marketing and leasing effectiveness and sign leases.
• Visit properties monthly to ensure curb appeal and compliance.
• Handle escalated tenant issues and attend housing court as required.
• Execute additional operational tasks from Regional Manager.
