Job summary

Revlon, an iconic global beauty company, seeks a skilled MRO Buyer II for our Oxford, North Carolina facility. This onsite, full-time role focuses on procuring maintenance, repair, and operations goods and services to keep the plant running efficiently.

You will work with Storeroom leadership to optimize strategy, vendor performance, and cost savings. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of MRO purchasing experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with SAP; Maximo is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years MRO Purchasing experience.
• Computer literacy with advanced Excel including pivot tables.
• Ability to balance tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven problem analysis and resolution skills.
• Resourceful and highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• SAP experience is required.
• Maximo experience preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

• Assist Storeroom Manager with development of purchasing strategy for select MRO categories (spot buys vs long-term contracting).
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
• Monitor and document vendor performance.
• Support management in strategic MRO cost savings projects.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, engineering and other departments for MRO needs.
• Determine cost-effective ordering methods (e.g., bulk orders).
• Track usage, inventory cost, YOY savings and spend of indirect materials and services.
• Identify alternative vendors or products meeting specs (In-Kind Replacement).
• Assist with MRO process creation and compliance across departments.
• Maintain Maximo files and related purchase order data.
• Maintain lead-times and EOQ for inventory; adjust costs as needed.
• Track KPIs (On-time delivery, service rate, stockouts).
• Process new item setups and commodity code assignments.
• Process POs in SAP; approve invoices in ARIBA; resolve AP conflicts.
• Assist with cycle count training and root-cause analysis.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Serve as primary Central Stores contact for customer issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams for E&O determination and improvements.
• Manage P-Card orders in Maximo and SAP Concur.
• Assist with parts counter support.
• Maintain GMP safety standards and facility appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.
