Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Maintenance Planner for an onsite role in Oxford, North Carolina. You will plan and schedule maintenance activities, coordinate with production and outside vendors, and manage CMMS data to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED, associate degree in Engineering related discipline, advanced training journeymen’s or professional license preferred.
• Ability to operate computer and prepare reports, analysis, and other documents using Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, CMMS PM System Software (Maximo).
• Working knowledge of maintenance systems, procedures, machine centers, parts/inventory systems, production systems/schedules and production planning systems.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills are essential.
• Background in report writing, analysis, and charting is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance in CMMS (Maximo) to track equipment rebuilds and inspections.
• Direct maintenance team by assigning tasks, setting schedules, and ensuring accountability.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors to complete work.
• Develop scopes of work (SOWs) for projects and manage contractor relationships.
• Obtain quotes and create SAP POs; approve POs in VIM promptly.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues.
• Set up new vendors in MDG as required.
• Convert maintenance needs into a resource plan and schedule accordingly.
• Estimate materials and labor for job orders to enable effective scheduling.
• Monitor labor to maximize planned work and minimize unplanned work.
• Maintain and update CMMS data, history, and reports.
• Communicate with other departments on scheduling and planning issues.
• Modify and update SOPs and PMs; apply Continuous Improvement/RCCA concepts.
