TEKsystems is seeking a Mortgage Systems Administrator in Fishers, IN to maintain system stability, implement enhancements, support users, and drive continuous improvements. The role involves access provisioning, configuring workflows, and coordinating with vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience administering or supporting a mortgage lending system or comparable LOS.
• Experience with user access management, system configuration, and workflow administration.
• Prior experience with Encompass and familiarity with reporting and analytics tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage origination lifecycle from application through closing and funding.

Responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, roles, personas, and permissions within the Mortgage Lending System, including access provisioning and reviews.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, forms, and custom fields to support operations.
• Develop, test, document, and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot system issues, manage incidents, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
• Manage system releases and updates, including testing and deployment coordination.
