• 3–5 years of experience administering or supporting a mortgage lending system or comparable LOS.
• Experience with user access management, system configuration, and workflow administration.
• Prior experience with Encompass and familiarity with reporting and analytics tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage origination lifecycle from application through closing and funding.

Description

The Mortgage Systems Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining system stability, implementing enhancements, supporting users, and driving continuous improvements that help deliver an exceptional experience for both employees and members.

• Administer user accounts, roles, personas, and permissions within the Mortgage Lending System, including access provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews
• Configure and maintain system settings, business rules, workflows, input forms, and custom fields to support operational needs
• Develop, test, document, and implement system enhancements and process improvements
• Troubleshoot system issues, manage incidents, monitor system performance, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors
• Manage system releases and updates, including impact analysis, testing, deployment coordination, and stakeholder communication
• Support integrations and third‑party vendor tools, including document providers, pricing engines, and credit and verification services
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts while ensuring data integrity and consistency across environments
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Information Security teams to support audits, maintain controls, and ensure secure system configurations
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and configuration inventories
• Serve as a resource for end users by providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and best practice recommendations

Conversion Salary is $68,000 - $80,000 (Max can be $85,000 if they have prior encompass experience)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
