Job summary

Workers Credit Union is seeking a Lending System Administrator to own the Loan Origination System (LOS) across Mortgage Lending. The role focuses on system performance, reliability, and regulatory adherence, with cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements.

You will lead upgrades, integrations, reporting, and training, while maintaining security and vendor coordination. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with on-site days at the Littleton, MA headquarters.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in mortgage lending or mortgage systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations, LOS platforms, and credit union operations.
• Solid understanding of Loan Origination Systems and the mortgage process, with knowledge of TRID, RESPA, and HMDA.
• Excellent communication, training and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary LOS administrator ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance.
• Lead system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements with cross-functional teams.
• Provide expert support, training and documentation for operational excellence.
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports for committees.
• Monitor system access and ensure data security.
• Support vendor management and regulatory communications.
