NEXA Lending is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer for an on-site role in Lehigh Acres, FL. You will originate, evaluate, and process residential and commercial mortgage applications while building lasting client relationships.

You will collaborate with underwriting teams, ensure compliance with lending policies, and guide clients through the mortgage journey, delivering transparent, customer-focused service in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in loan origination, mortgage industry, and mortgage lending.
• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Strong customer service and ability to build client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant licenses and certifications in mortgage loan origination meeting NMLS requirements.
• Previous experience in sales, finance, or related fields is a plus.
