As a Loan Officer for NVR Mortgage, you will work directly with our homebuying customers from Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes. You will guide purchasers through the loan process from loan application to approval and settlement, prequalify buyers, review financing options, and assist in repairing credit as needed.

This on-site position is based in our community model homes and NVR mortgage offices. You will be the primary contact for homebuyers throughout the process, building

Qualifikationen

• Must hold national and state mortgage licensing.
• Minimum 2 years of conventional and government loan experience.
• Strong knowledge of FNMA and FHA loan programs.
• Proven selling and customer-service skills.

Aufgaben

• Remain knowledgeable on loan programs offered by NVRM and broker offerings.
• Originate high quality loan applications and submit with all docs.
• Maintain weekly contact with borrowers, brokers, and staff to answer questions.
• Develop partnerships with the NVR Homebuilding Sales team to support monthly goals.
• Educate sales team on industry changes and new product offerings.
• Provide excellent service while meeting yearly performance goals.
