Job summary

Nexa Mortgage, LLC is seeking producing loan officers to join a peer-driven platform. This remote role covers the United States, excluding New York and Massachusetts, and lets you originate your own purchase and refinance business while keeping your brand and clients.

This is not a call center or a lead factory. You’ll work with me as a resource, enjoy a high-split commission structure with no per-file junk fees, and you can run deals by a seasoned colleague for feedback.

Qualifications

• Must have active NMLS ID and at least one license outside NY and MA.
• You already close loans and have a workflow to manage files.

Responsibilities

• Originate your own purchase and refinance business.
• We shop multiple lenders instead of one captive sheet.
• Price with a peer on the platform and discuss files together.
• Recruiting other LOs is optional; you should focus on closing loans.
