Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Device Repair Technician who travels locally in a company van to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics on-site, delivering top-tier service with no shop walls.

You will earn $16–$22+ per hour with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, plus paid training from day one and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and ongoing technical certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, convenient on-site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage your daily route efficiently and maintain inventory inside your mobile workspace.
