Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Device Repair Technician who travels to customer locations in a fully equipped company van to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets and other electronics.

You will deliver high-quality on-site repairs, educate customers on device protection plans, and keep your route efficient while maintaining inventory. Paid training starts day one, with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform hands-on mechanical work.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, on-site repairs with a focus on customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans and support options.
• Manage daily route and inventory inside the mobile workspace.
