Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to travel in a company van and perform on-site repairs of smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics. You’ll deliver high-quality service, educate customers about protection plans and accessories, and manage your daily route for efficient service.

Paid training from day one, with $16–$22+ per hour plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, plus health benefits and PTO. Flexible hours including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair devices.
• Deliver high-quality, on-site repairs with a focus on customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage daily routes and maintain inventory inside your mobile workspace.
