uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician who travels to customer locations in a fully equipped company van to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.

You will perform on-site repairs with a strong emphasis on customer service and efficient routing, while educating clients on protection plans and support options. Compensation ranges from $16 to $22+ per hour, plus paid training and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel locally and work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, on-site repairs and ensure a great customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage daily route and inventory inside the mobile workspace.
