uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to travel locally in a fully equipped repair van, diagnosing and repairing smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics on-site. You will deliver high-quality, convenient service and keep customers connected with expert support.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, and customer-facing service.
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset required.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations for on-site repairs.
• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Educate customers on device protection plans and accessories.
• Manage daily route and inventory inside the mobile workspace.
