Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in OH&S, EHS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of safety training coordination or leadership experience.
• Experience maintaining regulatory training records and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, schedule, and track safety and environmental training programs for employees, contractors, visitors, and temporary staff.
• Administer new hire orientation and site-specific induction training.
• Ensure all personnel complete mandatory OSHA, MSHA, environmental, and company training before accessing work areas.
• Create training matrices and track regulatory and operational requirements.
• Deliver instructor-led safety and environmental training and coordinate external programs.
• Monitor and assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback.
• Support incident investigations and develop training-based corrective actions.
• Maintain LMS and training records for audits and compliance.
