Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in CS/IT/IS/SE or related field.
• Interest in Microsoft 365 tech, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Basic IT/cloud knowledge from coursework/projects.
• Willingness to learn Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the administration and support of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
• Support the creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and content.
• Work with internal stakeholders to organize, upload, and maintain SharePoint content using established best practices.
• Assist with user access, roles, permissions, and Microsoft 365 license management.
• Help monitor system performance, conduct routine audits, and document findings.
• Assist with developing and improving automated workflows and business solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Help troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and SharePoint-related issues while learning IT support best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, diagrams, and user training materials.
