Job summary

SimIS Inc. seeks a Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Developer/Administrator to configure, develop, test, deploy, and support SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions in collaboration with operational users. You will digitize work processes and data flows across approved Microsoft environments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Microsoft 365/SharePoint development, administration, and solution delivery, with hands-on experience building integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of recent experience in two of: SharePoint admin/development, Power Apps, Power Automate, or 365 digitization.
• Two years of end-to-end hands-on Microsoft 365/Power Platform solution delivery demonstrated.
• Experience with permissions, IA, metadata design, site config, navigation, and ownership.
• Proven Power Apps applications with multiple screens and data sources; Power Automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support CAPDEV through hands-on administration, configuration, development, and sustainment of SharePoint, 365, and Power Platform.
• Work with process owners and users to understand workflows and identify digitization opportunities.
• Administer and improve SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, metadata, and permissions.
• Design Power Apps and automate processes to replace manual forms and data collection.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for approvals, routing, notifications, and data sync.
