Job summary

Taylor Metal Products in Auburn, WA seeks a hands-on team member for a dual-role position combining onsite roll forming and warehouse duties. You will operate roll forming machinery, inspect materials, move goods with forklifts, load/unload trailers, and assist with maintenance.

This dayshift role includes occasional overnight shifts during peak season, competitive pay, full-time year-round employment, and benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Written communication skills required.
• 3–6 months of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred (will certify in-house).

Responsibilities

• Onsite roll forming: operate and maintain roll forming machinery, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Inspect and prepare raw materials for the roll forming process.
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished products.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials from trailers.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and company policies.
• Warehouse duties: inventory management, receiving, storing, tracking materials, and organizing orders.
• Prepare materials for shipment, packaging, labeling, and staging.
• Support production by picking and staging materials for upcoming projects.
