Taylor Metal is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support picking/packing, inventory control, and safe warehouse operations in Auburn, WA. The role requires proficiency with handheld scanners and forklifts to move and track stock while maintaining high safety standards.

As a full-time position, you will perform cycle counts, stock replenishment, and receiving activities, ensuring timely order fulfillment and clean, organized storage areas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• 3-6 mos. manufacturing or warehouse exp. preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred (will certify in-house).

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders in a timely manner.
• Perform inventory management tasks, including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and organization of warehouse stock.
• Operate a handheld scanner to track and update inventory and orders.
• Use forklifts to move and organize products within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
• Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in picking and packing, inventory management, and a solid understanding of warehouse operations.
