Taylor Metal Products in Auburn, WA is seeking an entry-level order processing specialist to support production scheduling and customer orders in a fast-paced office.

You will enter orders into the CRM, coordinate with sales, finance and manufacturing, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud-based computing.
• Typing skills and 10-key proficiency.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with data accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• Review orders for completeness, accuracy and essential information.
• Accurately enter orders into Enterprise CRM database.
• Enter orders into production/delivery schedules.
• Resolve or clarify errors with appropriate departments.
• Distribute completed documents to correct locations.
• Follow established administrative procedures and policies.
• Support sales, finance, administration and marketing as needed.
