Job summary

Taylor Metal Products in Spokane, WA is seeking a Machine Operator Level 1 or 2 to support our Rolled Steel Products team. You will set up, operate and program computerized press-brake and roll-forming machines, and help ensure parts meet quality standards.

The job includes material handling, packaging, loading and unloading, inspecting products, reading tape measures, and following safety and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with set-up and operation of press-brake and roll-forming machines.
• Ability to read tape measures and perform basic quality checks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Background check and drug screening required for safety-sensitive positions.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operation and programming of computerized press-brake and roll-forming machines.
• Accurate production reporting and material handling & packaging.
• Visually inspect product for quality control and detect defects.
• Load/unload materials in production and customer service areas; use hand-tools.
• Take verbal directions, stand for long periods, and adhere to safety policies.
